Rabotec Partners with Crime Check Foundation to Empower Inmates at Nsawam Female Prison
As part of its commitment to community development and social responsibility, Rabotec Ghana Limited has partnered with the Crime Check Foundation (CCF) to support the commissioning of the DG’s Kitchen Support Project—a 1,000-capacity poultry facility established at the Nsawam Female Prison.
The project represents a major step toward empowering inmates through skill development and sustainable livelihood initiatives. Beyond providing food security within the prison, the poultry farm will serve as a training ground where inmates can learn practical skills in poultry management, farming operations, and entrepreneurship.
Speaking on the initiative, Rabotec reaffirmed that supporting local communities and making a positive impact remain core to the company’s values.
“This initiative is about more than providing food—it’s about giving women a chance to rebuild their lives. By acquiring hands-on experience in poultry farming, inmates will gain the confidence and knowledge needed to become self-reliant after their release,” the company noted.
Rabotec emphasized that the project aligns with the Ghana Prisons Service’s mission of reformation and rehabilitation, offering inmates a second chance to reintegrate successfully into society.
The company also expressed gratitude to the Crime Check Foundation and all partners who played a vital role in making the project a success.
“We are honored to support this meaningful cause and proud to stand beside organizations like the Crime Check Foundation that are committed to transforming lives,” Rabotec stated.
The partnership reflects Rabotec’s ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts aimed at fostering education, empowerment, and sustainable community development across Ghana.
Through initiatives like this, Rabotec continues to demonstrate that true impact goes beyond business—it’s about creating opportunities, inspiring hope, and helping individuals build better futures.
